amazing stay with very nice breakfast

outdoor poolwell-equipped gymdirty windows
this location has a beautiful, very big outdoor pool. i found the staff to be friendly and professional throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet was very nice, with a diverse selection of high-quality food items. the gym was very well equipped.
the windows in my room were very dirty, i could hardly see through them. also, the soundproofing between the rooms was not good. this was disappointing.

loved the experience!

stylish roombuffet breakfastwedding event
the architecture and location are excellent. the rooms are very stylish plus super clean. the open buffet breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient. i requested a baby crib, and this was the only hotel that actually provided one (so convenient!).
there was no notification about a planned wedding. the beach and pool were closed for this event plus the majority of restaurants were closed. there was no assistance for luggage or car on arrival either.

i experienced genuinely kind, attentive staff across the hotel. whether at the reception, on the beach, or in the breakfast hall, they were always ready to help. their sincerity.

I loved how friendly the staff were throughout my stay. the hotel's ambiance was beautiful and relaxing, even with some ongoing refurbishments. the buffet was amazing. It had a wide variety of delicious options. it was a wonderful experience overall.
The minibar was empty. The amenities were also empty. bathroom appliances looked rusted, and some didn't work. apart from that, the hotel is great to walk around in and looks beautiful.

The staff were kind and helpful, i must say. poolside showers were spacious and clean. The complimentary drinks by the pool and beach were a nice touch! i really appreciated their sincerity.
